How long do online orders take to process?


We can typically process your online order within a few hours of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email or text of your order and will be advised when it is ready for pick up at the market. You can also select a preferred time of pick-up that works with your schedule, but within regular operating hours of the market. This option can be found in the drop-down field on the top of the order form. Please allow a little extra time for orders to be processed on high-volume days like Fridays and long weekends.




How do I pay for my online order?


Our secure online ordering system is via PayPal so all major credit cards are accepted. Large orders (such as bushels of produce, or many dozens of corn, for example) should be placed in person or on the phone. Payment for these items can be made when the produce is picked up.




WHERE do I pick up my online order?


A "curb-side" pick up area is clearly marked at the Market. Please park in one of the designated parking spots and a team member will be out to take your name and deliver your groceries. Orders can be put directly into your trunk or you can put them inside your car; whichever you prefer.




I have a comment about the produce and/or the service. Whom do I contact?
